阿布扎比將投資450億擴(kuò)建魯韋斯煉化聯(lián)合體
中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)《海灣石油新聞》5月13日阿布扎比報(bào)道，阿布扎比國家石油公司（阿國油/Adnoc）首席執(zhí)行官艾哈邁德·賈貝爾周日在下游投資論壇上表示，阿布扎比將在魯韋斯投資450億美元創(chuàng)建一個(gè)世界上單一最大的綜合煉油和石化聯(lián)合體。
賈貝爾說：“我們的上游業(yè)務(wù)將是我們DNA的核心部分，但是，最強(qiáng)勁的增長將在下游，而石化需求在今后20年里將增加一倍。我們將與我們的合作伙伴一起建造和擴(kuò)建煉油廠把我們的原油精煉能力提高一倍以及把我們的石化產(chǎn)量提高兩倍。”
他說，阿國油將與合作伙伴合作把日煉油能力擴(kuò)大到150萬桶并建造一個(gè)具有年產(chǎn)160萬噸芳烴能力的裝置。
他補(bǔ)充說，阿國油的下游戰(zhàn)略在2025年前將創(chuàng)造1.5萬多個(gè)就業(yè)崗位并每年給阿聯(lián)酋GDP增加1%。

Adnoc unveils $45 billion expansion of Al Ruwais petrochemical complex
Abu Dhabi would be creating the single largest integrated refinery and petrochemicals destination in the world with an investment of $45 billion at Al Ruwais, Dr Sultan Ahmad Al Jaber, Chief Executive Officer of Adnoc said at Downstream Investment Forum on Sunday.
“Our upstream business will be a core part of our DNA but the sharpest growth will be in downstream and petrochemical demand will double in the next twenty years. We will build and expand to double our crude refining capacity and triple petrochemical production alongside our partners,” said Al Jaber.
He said they will collaborate with partners and expand refining capacity to 1.5 million barrels per day and build aromatics unit with a capacity of 1.6 million tonnes annually.
Adnoc's downstream strategy will create more than 15,000 jobs by 2025 and add 1 per cent to UAE's GDP annually, he added.
