世界第二個(gè)浮式LNG項(xiàng)目在喀麥隆開始投產(chǎn)
中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)路透社3月12日倫敦報(bào)道，挪威航運(yùn)公司Golar液化天然氣公司（Golar LNG）周一在奧斯陸宣布，該公司位于喀麥隆的浮式LNG生產(chǎn)平臺日前開始了LNG生產(chǎn)，這是世界上第二個(gè)使用新興技術(shù)投產(chǎn)的浮式LNG項(xiàng)目。
俄羅斯天然氣工業(yè)股份公司（俄氣）麾下的貿(mào)易分公司在今后的8年里從Golar LNG公司的浮式LNG平臺Hilli Episeyo購買了每年全部120萬噸的LNG產(chǎn)量。
這項(xiàng)協(xié)議是在2015年底在Golar、俄氣營銷和貿(mào)易公司、喀麥隆國家石油公司和法國佩朗哥喀麥隆公司之間簽署的。
Golar LNG沒有說明Hilli Episeyo LNG生產(chǎn)平臺將在何時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)LNG生產(chǎn)或開始出口。
首批LNG貨物原計(jì)劃在去年下半年交付。
去年在馬來西亞投產(chǎn)了世界上有史以來第一個(gè)由馬來西亞國家石油公司開發(fā)的浮式LNG項(xiàng)目，但這個(gè)項(xiàng)目目前的運(yùn)作只占其產(chǎn)能的一小部分。

World's Second Floating LNG Project Starts Production In Cameroon
Norwegian shipping firm Golar LNG on Monday said liquefied natural gas (LNG) production had started at its floating LNG production platform in Cameroon, the world's second working example of the nascent technology.
The trading arm of Russia's Gazprom has purchased the entire 1.2 million tonne per annum output from Golar's FLNG platform, the Hilli Episeyo, for eight years.
The deal was agreed in late 2015 between Golar, Gazprom Marketing and Trading, Cameroon's state-run Societe Nationale des Hydrocarbures and Perenco Cameroon.
Golar LNG gave no indication of when the Hilli would achieve commercial LNG production or begin exports.
First LNG deliveries were initially targeted for the second half of 2017.
The first ever FLNG project came on stream in Malaysia last year, developed by state-run energy giant Petronas, but the project has operated at a fraction of its production capacity.
